i quit a few months ago which was like a dagger to the heart, and now saga has finally bled out since most of the remaining officers and many good core members are jumping to a different guild since apparently there are too many bads to deal with.

Just to add onto that, attendance problems and several more good strong/dedicated players very recently going casual or going casual soon (irregardless of myself or the others leaving, this was pretty much a result of all other circumstances).
